This is a three part episode where Ralph DeAmicis, host and wine tour guide talks about the strategies that growers in Napa and Sonoma are using to adapt to the climate change that they have been measuring for many years. This is a behind the scenes look at what the guides do during a high end private wine tour. Spanning three days in November in Napa California it looks at the complicated process that underlies the clients experience. The host of Wine County at work, Ralph de Amicis, is a top flight tour guide in the worlds top wine destination. He takes the audience along for the ride.

This is the second improved version of the episode about this wonderful calendar created by photographer Nicole Marino themed around wine country in the 1800's featuring wine makers from various small vineyards around the valley. This version includes the calendar photography that was not available when the first version was released. The calendar is a benefit for the Yountville Military Veterans home.

This interview with Nicole Marino, popular Napa photographer discusses the making of her Decadent Winemakers Calendar featuring folks from this famous wine making region. Interviewed by host Ralph DeAmicis, tour guide, its a great look inside the process.

A question that tour guides hear often is 'how do you become a winemaker?" To answer that in part host Ralph DeAmicis visits the wine making program at Napa Valley College. In the first half of the episode Ralph narrates a little history and perspective about how the program fits into this important wine making region. In the second part we follow the teachers and students through taking the wine and skins off an extended soak and pressing the juice. Wine is a big business sold in many venues and one of the newest is a hybrid wine club/ wine maker cooperative that is only possible due to the internet.
