What did the 2 million people of 52 countries and 436 cities do on their March Against Monsanto, 25 May 2013?.
This is what more than 800 people - families - some with babies, friends of all ages, and many others cultivating healthier ways did on a beautiful day in Spokane Washington.
Speakers, music and much more nurturing a better world for everyone - people and nature.
Opening with the boisterous rally before the walk through downtown. Great chants, incredible energy. Meet one of the organizers who made this great event happen. Learn about Washington State's November vote to have GMO labeling of food - so people can know what is in the food they can buy or not - 522 is the name on the ballot.
Then, chanting all the way, the walk through downtown to the park - kids, strollers, dogs, a chicken that refuses to eat GMO and herds of everyone else. At least one person in formal attire with top hat too.
At the park - live full energy music - to the point songs, and the great incredible energy of everyone enjoying the early summer day. Talks from people who know the details of what can be done right now.
