Each episode features interviews, stand-up comedy, and live music. With a budget of $0, this international program truly is "The Minor Leagues of Late Night Television."

An hour-long program that provides a behind-the-scenes look at how a short film or documentary is conceived and made. The films are screened during each episode, allowing viewers to appreciate the film’s journey from start to finish.

The Adventures of Cinnamon and Spice

The Adventures of Cinnamon & Spice (tm) phenomenon derives out of the city Atlanta, Ga. Having just turned 6 years old, Cinnamon & Spice began attending the prestige school, Empire Elementary, located in the Community of Buckhead. In this community, they are taught some of their first lessons in fun and safety from their friends the crossing guard, Mrs. Lewis, the school police officer, Officer Payton, and their teacher, Mrs. Pete. Mrs. Pete is one of the most adore educators at Empire.
