Tim Gaffaney hosts Shelly Gilbride, Chair of Arts Alliance Davis. They discussed what the organization is and what they do, the history of the Alliance, current happenings and a support system for the arts.

Shelly also talked about her role as chair and how it aligns with her position as the Director of I-House Davis.

This film is food for thought about what we really know. It’s about the existence of an invisible work of art. In fact, this is false: it IS visible. However, you’ve never seen it, because it’s been in the Sahara Desert since 2017. At least, we believe that, because nobody knows what has happened to it since its installation. "The Desert" tells of the twisted circumstances in which this object ended up in the desert (the arid and little- known space). In the process, the film humorously touches on the greatest secrets about objects, mirages and the outskirts of reality.

For the first time in its history, all music ensembles of Frances Ellen Watkins Harper Jr. High School will be performing at one concert under a single director.

The Harper Jr. High Music Program 2022 Fall Concert, directed by Greg Brucker, will be held at Davis High School's Brunelle Hall on Thursday, November 17th, 2022. The concert begins at 7 PM.
