Today's Episode theme is Drums and Rhythm. We start with a book by Brian Pinkney called "Max Found Two Sticks". Join us as we sing "Where is Shaker?", read "Be Quiet, Mike" by Leslie Patricelli and finger play Five Little Monkeys. Read "Drum Dream Girl" by Rafael Lopez, "Thump, Thump, Rat-a-Tat-Tat" and a poem "Dum Ditty" by Jean Warren. Read "Hand, Hand, Fingers, Thumb by Al Perkins and sing Popcorn Kernels.

Today's theme is Snow. In the episode we will read the book "The Snowy Day" by Ezra jack Keats, Sing "I'm a Little Snowman" and the book "The First Day of Winter" by Denise Fleming. Fingerplay on the Flannel Board "Five Little Snowmen", read "The Story of Snow" by Mark Cassino with Jon Nelson, and sing "Dance Like Snowflakes". Next we will read 2 books "The Hat" by Jan Brett and "Charley's First Night" by Amy Hest and sing "Sledding".

"Five Weeks in a Balloon" by Jules Verne, and "The Wizard of Oz" by L. Frank Baum are read aloud.

Today Ruth reads from ""20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" by Jules Verne, and the full poem "The Cremation of Sam McGee" by Robert W. Service.
