With a theme of  "Equity in Education & STEM - Realizing the Dream!",  Davis Media Access was there to record on January 15, 2018.

Featuring Davis Mayor Robb Davis, UC Davis Ph.D. student Nkechinyere Chidi-Ogbolu, keynote speaker Mariama Gray, dance performances by Afrovibes, the Davis Freedom Singers, and children from the Parents of African-American Children group.

In the first half of the episode Ralph narrates a little history and perspective about how the program fits into this important wine making region. In the second part we follow the teachers and students through taking the wine and skins off an extended soak and pressing the juice.
