This episode is devoted to Toys. We will read two books "Corduroy" by Don Freeman and "Me...jane by Patrick McDonnell. Sing "The Marvelous Toy" by Tom Paxton and read "Yellow Ball" by Molly Bang. We will also exercise to the rhyme "Here is a Beach Ball", read "Rub-a-Dub-Sub" by Linda Ashman, and sing "Octopus's Garden" by the Beatles written by Ringo Starr.

topics discussed include: details about the Battle of the Books competition and event in Davis benefitting the Hattie Weber Museum, and a review of the book "Where's Junkie."

This episode is devoted to Imagination. We will read "The Paper Bag Princess" by Robert Munsch and sing "Puff the Magic Dragon". Read two poems from the book "Eric Carle's DRAGONS DRAGONS" "Pegasus" by Eleanor Farjeon and "The Yeti" by John Gardner. Help us read "Giant Dance Party by Betsy Bird and move to a rhyme called "Three Billy Goats Gruff". "Regards to the Man in the Moon" by Ezra Jack Keats and a Scottish folk song and nursery rhyme called "Aiken Drum" are next. Our last book we will read is "I Can Fly" by Ruth Krauss.
