Each side of Measure G was invited to make a presentation in the DMA studio under identical conditions. Statements are up to 5 minutes in length, and have not been edited. Representatives for No on Measure G declined to participate.

The statement in favor of Measure G is presented by Victor Lagunes.

Measure G is a $198 per parcel tax which would not expire unless repealed by the school board or voters, and would include an annual increase for inflation. To be used to fund teacher and staff salaries.

The statement in favor of Measure Q is presented by Davis Mayor Brett Lee.

Measure Q renews the 1% city sales tax at its existing level. Otherwise the city sales tax expires in December 2020.
