Our guest is David Cobb, chief spokesperson for Move to Amend, advocating for a 28th Constitutional amendment which declares that corporations are not people and money is not speech. David explains why we need such an amendment and why it needs to say both, rather than just one of these provisions. David notes that if we don't do this, we will not have an actual functioning democratic republic.

Host David Delk interviews Portland attorney Dan Meek on the dangers which Oregon ballot measure 90 poses for the existence of minor parties in Oregon. Looks at who supports Measure 90 (One individual contributed over 60% and is a former Enron trader before Enron's collapse) and why. Also very quickly reviews why Oregonians should vote Yes for Measure 92, requiring the labeling of GMO containing foods.
