Allan Buckmann is President, co-founder and a principal partner of Microbe Tech, Inc., a bio-restoration company featuring clean-up of contaminated soils and waters using natural beneficial microbe formulas by "Using the Power of Nature." Treatments have sucessfully removed excess odors, nutrients to stop algae blooms, pathogens, metals and the effects of chemicals and toxins. In 2002, after the introduction to a video (Cox) about "Chemtrails," Allan recognized and verified the cloud creation program by jets which were creating cirriform clouds almost daily. A high-thin cloud cover could easily be causing the enviromental stress observed in plants since it would disrupt normal sunshine availability, change weather chaos patterns, increase storm intensity and be out of phase with the natural cycles. Thus began a 9 year investigation into weather modification programs and their effects on the natural system. In 2007, Allan presented his findings at the UN NGO Conference on Global Warming in New York concerning jet clouds, tree death and cleaning up pollution with microbes.
