The Davis Futures Forum invited nationally recognized architect/urban planner Joe Minicozzi to speak, followed by Q & A session, on February 24, 2020.
Minicozzi’s unique “Dollars and Sense” presentations draw upon extensive data gathered from cities and towns across the US to illustrate where municipalities are getting the most bang for the buck in terms of the development choices they make. He uses the newest geographic information technologies to demonstrate complex relationships in a way that is simple for anyone to understand. Minicozzi has been a highly popular speaker at conferences as diverse as those of the American Planning Association and the International Association of Assessing Officers.
Minicozzi is also Principal at Urban3 consulting firm.
