TransPacific Partnership draws Blue-Green Opposition
Host David Delk has a discussion with Madelyn Elder, President of Local 7901 Communication Workers of America, and Ted Gleichman, chair of Beyond LNG Campaign of the Oregon Sierra Club about the still-being-negotiated-in-secret corporate trade agreement known as the Trans Pacific Partnership. After talking about details of the proposed agreement, including access to medicine, statue of Buy American and Buy Local Laws, and investor suits against nations, they agree that because we all live in the same world, damage to either labor or the environment are detrimental to all human beings. “We are all in this together.”
