Every year thousands of students in every state of America learn to be active citizens by participating in a national civics program called, We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution, sponsored by the Center for Civic Education.  This is the story of one teacher and his class during the year they won a national championship.

Plan to attend one of our General Orientations!

Any potential volunteers please come to one of these, held monthly.  They last about an hour and include the history of Davis Media Access, a tour of the facilities, and information on how to get involved. 

Vivid Imagery with Three Point Lighting, Workshop

Davis Media Access will hold a workshop on Three Point Lighting. This workshop is designed to train volunteers with the video lighting basics. We will show you what it is, how to do it, and how to use it to the best of your ability.

 

This is a free workshop and apart of Davis Media Access ongoing mission to train the public in local community media.
