We participated with "Can't Stop the Serenity" charity film screening at the Columbus Theater in Providence in September and RISFC collected 145 pounds of non-perishable food for the RI Community Food Bank. James talks about how Sc-Fi Journal airs in 30 communities across the country, and we have been covering the costs for the downloads out of our own pockets so that these public access stations can download the show for free. James lists some towns and areas where the show airs and asks people who want to support the show can donate by going to RISFC.org website. In Anime news James talks about "Chi-batman" in Japan, Studio Ghibli, and Starblazers, the american version of Space Battleship Yamato.
